Klook partnered with Destination NSW for Vivid 2022, an iconic winter event in Australia. The partnership enabled Klook to expand its presence in the Australian market and highlight activities such as light installations, live performances, and guided tours that were available to book through Klook's online platform. The campaign touched multiple channels including social media, CRM, blogs and influencers.
for this campaign I had to work alongside DNSW and adhere to both brand guidelines to achieve an outcome we were both happy with.

Discover Japan by rail. Our boxes are filled with a carefully curated selection of Japanese snacks and goodies, as well as a Japan Rail Pass, giving influencers everything they need to explore the country's top destinations in comfort and style.
Each Joy Box contains a 7 day Japan Rail Pass, allowing influencers explore popular cities of Japan. As they travel around Japan, they can share their experiences on social media, inspiring others to book their own Japan rail adventure with Klook.

For this campaign, I had the privilege of being sent to Singapore on a content creation trip. My responsibilities included designing digital assets accross our channels as well as airline buys. The aim was to create evergreen content for future campaigns and social media posts. During this campaign, I learned the importance of engaging with our audience through daily updates on Singapore's attractions and by sharing reels on TikTok and Instagram. These efforts resulted in a significant increase in engagement and a good rapport with our merchants in Singapore, and the ability to reach out to other OTA’s to showcase what we can achieve.

As the ANZ Graphic Designer, taking over the CRM channel was a daunting but an exciting opportunity to better understand our customers. With the freedom to cater my designs and copy to individual audiences, and create segmentation lists for targeted email campaigns, we saw a significant increase in open and click-through rates making our Email base a reliable channel for revenue and customer engagement.
